We farm vegetables so we have to eat them. And I mean a lot! I don't
like vegetables. They don't taste good. Some farmers won't trade with
us. They hate vegetables, too. When I grow up, I'm going to have a meat
loaf farm. |

with them. I play

This is my mom's good friend Zoe Stuffy, the
throw rug farmer. Her son Biff is in my class at school. Biff pushes
me around. My aunt says I should be friends with him (because he
needs one) but I don't want to.

there! It's full of funny colored food -- like green donuts and white
waffles. I could eat there forever. |

This is Ima's honeycomb house
by Zeal Crater on Amethyst Mountain. One of the rooms is filled top to bottom
with books. Ima and her friend Numen (a smart dodo bird who is not extinct)
have read them all. The walls of Ima's house buzz because a family of bees
lives in the walls. |

This is Barry Grizzman's house at the top of Amethyst Mountain. At
first I was scared of Barry because of the way he looks. But the
more you know Barry the less you notice his appearance. Barry is
very smart and can make things out of glass, like a travel vehicle
called the CylinderMobile.

This is the iron bridge built by Droll Troll. Dilly and I had to solve a
riddle to cross it. It was a good thing Dilly knew the answer.
