In Book #4, Percy visits his friend Sandy's homeland, a place called Urth. Percy discovers Urth is even odder than his hometown of Yoosa. He remembers what King Audie Oddly of Catawampus Cluster told him, "Don't get even. Get odd!" Percy thinks Urthlings have taken this message to heart.

In this story, Percy faces problems, such as:

Family Issues - Should Percy get involved with Sandy’s problems with his father (Ira the eye practitioner) and brother (Smell Mel the nose practitioner)? Or should he mind his own business?

Moral Dilemmas - Should Percy tell what he found out about the death of Sandy's mother (the ear practitioner)? Or should he stay silent to avoid hurting people's feelings?

Cosmic Repercussions - Should Percy try to stop the evil AntiGoodness Society from bombarding the universe with negative drabs? Or should he give up because he is only one person fighting a powerful conglomerate?

Etiquette Concerns - While traveling the universe, should Percy obey Veerance Family Rule #2*: Send hand-written thank-you notes for hospitality and gifts he receives? Or should he not bother because no one else does and his mother will never know?

Community Outreach - While Percy has been traveling, Yoosa is attacked by the Biter Spider Army (courtesy of Luster Krupter) and everyone who lives in Yoosa is frozen stiff in a poisonous cloud. Should Percy try to unfreeze all the people or only those he likes?

(*Veerance Family Rule #1: Eat your vegetables.)
